Body fit

What’s the difference in doing body fit with engine in VS engine out ? Anything to watch for in fit ? Engine will be delivered in month so I didn’t want to waste the time if I can get started on the body fit .

The engine itself doesn't have any bearing on body fit. The only thing (maybe obvious, sorry...) is the engine will determine header placement which in turn determines side pipe fit. So you can't do any of that without the engine. Otherwise, carry on.
