Wasn't happy with door fit so I started over - with a plan and it worked for me. Note threaded rod and bottom of sill.

1. Fit blank door to cab opening; establish belt line, trim (grind / sand) leading edge , then alternate between top and bottom workin aft , then trailing edge; until proper fit achieved.
2. Get a 3’ length of ¼ inch all thread, (smooth drill stock is easier to work with but the threads tend to keep you honest)
3. Install door side of hinges (per manual), using rod to keep them parallel (on axis) as you snug up. Mark rod (I used teflon tape) at top and bottom of each hinge
to locate starting point for cab hinges; (leave crash bar loose)
4. Adjust frame (cab) hinges loosely using marked rod for vertical spacing and to keep parallel
5. Clamp a piece of wood to the along the bottom of the door sill (create a lip) to hold bottom of door in position
6. Fit door into opening - bottom of door held in place by step 5, clamp top into position, holding door to top fo frame
7. Bring frame hinge to door hinge, install rod through both sets of hinges .
8. Tighten each component a bit at a time without creating a bind; loosen and retighten each component in turn until all components tight and door swings freely
May need to remove door to make continuing adjustments; leave threaded rod in hinge pairs when adjusting to maintain axis
Biggest problem here is, as you tighten, everything wants to drift; so you tighten everything a little at a time, checking threaded rod after each step to make sure you didn’t create a bind
9. Once door swings properly, install latch to hold in closed position.
