I purchased a 2014 818S as a partially completed kit. It is a rolling chassis with 2004 Impreza 2.0 turbo and five speed installed.
I am doing a radical one-off with the chassis and I am selling the original exterior parts which have not been installed, just like new.
All body panels (red gel-coat)
Door frames
Windshield and W/S frame (not bonded)
Headlights and tail lights
Misc take-off Subaru parts.

The engine is very likely to be sold. I am told it has 80K miles, I will be doing a compression test.
Also likely to sell the transaxle with shifter assembly. It has been modified for 2WD.

I am pondering prices, all the body panels as a package would be discounted.
Light packages would be discounted.
Engine/transaxle package would be discounted.

Offers are welcome to help me understand the market value.
I am in SE WI NW of Milwaukee.

Hojo, Thank you for the interest.
This is a new project for me, I intend to install a V6, but armed with the hardware I can see the alternative transmission interferes with the suspension mounts.
Given the extent of this car's incompleteness, I plan now to get it running with the installed Subaru parts, then get crazy.

I have not found any reference data on pricing, so I propose a SWAG.
Basically $150 per part with the largest pieces somewhat more.
Offers considered.

I am utilizing the transaxle. I will refresh the engine for assembly and testing, then likely move on with the V6.
I may upgrade the FFR kit rear Wilwood calipers and discs, let me know if you are interested in those. They have not been filled or bled.
Same pricing.

As I progress further from the original 818 configuration, my unused parts become increasingly cumbersome.
All 818 exterior parts are $50 each. Shipping extra.

The FRP panels associated lights, windshield, door frames and aluminum bits are sold. Some donor parts (2002) are available like the radiator and cooling fans.
