All,
I’ve seen some good ideas for covering the fins of the the radiator with a porous cover.
Any preferred options?
Suggestions / recommendations welcomed.

Spray the sheet on both sides, Gas Grill paint, to cover the holes (takes two rattle cans), make a template, trim, paint the raw edges & install with button zip ties.

As BEAR-AvHistory said, use zip ties. He says button zip ties - I just used regular ones.

Yeah, I just stabbed long zip ties through the corners and between the radiator fins. Not secured at the back. I occasionally have to push one back flush, but they really serve just to position it, and the air flow keeps it down on the radiator.

I did a channel at the top and bottom and the radiator naturally holds it left and right. To remove all you have to do is get a hold of the the honeycomb and pull it out. It makes for super easy cleaning. I detailed this on post 370 page 10 of my build thread (https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?30668-GTBradley-s-Luggage-Rack/page10).

I like the channel idea. I was think of somethin like that but was going to wait until is received the Nomex sheet to play around with fit.
The spec says this stuff is 0.5" thick ?

Yes, exactly ½” and I used ½” deep Z-bar. The honeycomb is practically indestructible and stands up to being removed and reinstalled repeatedly.
