Hi all, looking to get a professional garage floor coating. I have two bids - one from Garage Kings and one from a regional company that places Eco-Corflex. Both seem to have good reviews and lifetime warranties. Anyone have any experience with the company/product? They are both polyaspartic products vs epoxy. Seems to be better and more durable.
Thanks!
I had a polyaspartic floor done a couple years ago in my shop, they did about 1500 sq ft. of flooring. It has been bulletproof, dragged floor jacks around on it and dropped quite a few items on it already and it has been rock solid. Also cleans up real easy with some simple green and mopping. Highly recommend it.

I have used the sherman williams 2 part epoxy on two of my garages. It is very easy to install.
1) rent a floor scrubber and clean really well with Tri Sodium Phosphate and rinse.
2) Etch the concrete with muriatic acid and allow to dry overnight.
3) Roll on epoxy. It is a solid weekend project but I did a 3 car garage for $400 total.
The floors are easy to keep, dry mop or broom is all that is required. They reflect light well and are Chemical resistant for typical chemicals homeowner would have.
