My manual is Rev 1F.

On the page that has the starting point measurements for the lower A-Arm, the front radius rod measures 15.625" and the back arm measures 18.625".

I know this is just a starting point before alignment, but I am out of threads on both ends at this length.

Can someone measure their arms and get me a bit closer?

Thanks!

It depends on whether you received the revised front control arm parts or not. A little over a year ago they made a revision and lengthened the tabs on the bushing sleeves and shortened the tubes. This eliminated the bolt heads hitting the frame tube when using the lower suspension mounting holes. Here is a cut and paste from an email exchange I had with Jay @ FFR on 1-22-2020, I ended up having them send me the revised parts as I felt my kit should have had them as it was finished about the time these became available.

We did recently change the length of the front lower adjustable tube from
11" to 10" along with the swaged tube of the main lower arm (rearward part
with balljoint) from 11.1875' to 10.1875" and then lengthened the tabs
welded on the bushing sleeves, which long story short changes the dimensions
that the arm should be adjusted to initially before a proper wheel alignment
is performed. Front adjustable tube dimension is now 1.625" less and the
linkage adjuster on the main lower arm (rearward part with balljoint) is now
1.00". Here is the Manual Update that we emailed to everyone the other day
which explains this. Did you not receive the email?
Any questions let me know.

The manual update he mentions was Rev G, here is what it shows: 14.0" on the forward arm and 17.625" on the rear arm.

I am pretty sure that I have the new version of the tabs.

I do not recall seeing an email.

Thanks for the measurements!!!

I never got the email either, he was responding to my email asking about the revision.

Let me know if you need any further measurements.

I have the longer tab bushings with the original arms; set to the measurements in the manual, I had 13 degrees caster - way too much - caused issues. Had alignment shop adjust caster to 7 degrees (camber 1degree and toe in to ⅛ ) (adjustment almost bottomed out) seems to be working correctly now.
Too much caster will cause very hard steering, front end to moves up and down, turning lock to lock while stationary, stressing steering rack.
