Just finished with my roadster and had the inspection by the Kansas Highway Patrol never said anything about the wipers. If anyone needs them either reply here on the forum or e-mail me jrcarnahan@me.com or call me 3166440505. I don't check the forum on a regular basis so the alternate personal method is much more reliable.
