According to my wife, I FINALLY made a decision and ordered wheels for my car. I have to admit it took me waaaay to long to decide and I over analyzed the hell out of what should be a fairly simple decision so she's right. I ended up going with a set of Budnik wheels primarily because of the experience I had when dealing with them. I talked with several billet wheel companies through this drawn out process and most were nice enough, some better than others, but to me Budnik gave me the best comfort factor.

I'm not sure if this will make sense to anyone but I put together a diagram for wheel sizing on my car that I thought I'd share and maybe help someone down the road. My car is GenII with IRS using FF front and rear bike fenders.

I’m working on alignment. Looks like I could have used a touch more back spacing but it’s really hard to say. I want the tires tucked as tightly as practicable to the outer fender lip and I have that so I’m satisfied. But the outer fender line isn’t exactly parallel with the wheel so adding more BS would have the front fender area gap being more than I want. Not really shocked that the fenders aren’t straight, kinda goes inline (or out of line) with everything else on the body.

The good thing abt fiberglass is you can cut it too suit! match the fenders to the wheel!

Quick update. I was able to add 1/4" rubber spacer washers between the driver side fender and body to get it to match the spacing that is on my passenger side fender. All good now.

I hate to add another thread with the same title, but my question is a little different: With the '15 IRS and 13" rotors I assume 17" wheels will clear the calipers?
