I'd like to order a set of Front and Rear Bumper Grommets for my MK3.

I see that ********** has them, but as of late I have seen a lot of Guys having problems getting their stuff from them.

Anyone know of other places to get them?

These might be the ones you're looking for - for the front.

For the back.

Edit: I used these on my MKIV; not sure if they'd work on the MK3.

Metro is a good source for the front. I don't recommend them for the back. You want a little more solid mount back there. .not that it hasn't been done. I do like RJD's choice for the rear...da Bat

I concur. Here's what you want for the front:

https://www.metrommp.com/index.cfm?f=detail&ModelNumber=EX%2017-B&VehicleYear=1965&Make=SHELBY&Model=COBRA

For the tubes go to Online Metals:

https://www.onlinemetals.com/

For front quick jacks or bumpers you'll need 2 feet of
0.75" OD x 0.065" Wall x 0.62" ID Stainless Round Tube, 304 Seamless - Part #: 12927
You'll cut that into four 5.5" long pieces.

In the rear I use a 7/8" O.D. 7/16" I.D. by 1/8" thick rubber washer against the body with a 7/16" stainless washer and then the tube. Not bonded like what RJD showed but I can walk in and get them from my local old school has EVERYTHING hardware store.

Cheers,
Jeff

You'll want the smaller ID tube if you plan on using the stock 7/16" bolts. Otherwise you'll need to get some brass bushings from McMaster Carr to take up the slop inside the larger ID tube.
