I hope everyone is well and working in their garage.
The body has been two years sitting in the garage. Now I'm starting body work. i used Duplicolor Grease ans Wax remover on a cloth but didn't see much effect. How can I know when all the wax is gone?
Thanks,
Jeff

Well, I guess I'll have to ask the Karate Kid. No one answered. I guess it is too stupid a question.

You really won't see much. It's only suppossed to break down the mold release agent from the fiberglass mold. You have to sand the body anyway so any release agent it will be taken off then.

I have painted over 650 FFR roadsters and have "never" used wax and grease remover or beaten one with a wire brush. I do dig out the mold seam wax (red soft stuff in little pockets). I have been doing body and paint for 45 yrs...da Bat
