I purchased them about a year ago. They came with Mickey Thompson Street Comp tires. They are OK. When it is time to replace them, I will be switching to some type of Nittos.

Mounted? Yes.
Balanced? Well, technically yes however...

Jesus. I was surprised at how much it took to balance mine but holy hell!! Good part of mine fell off anyway....

 I would bet that they didn't aline the valve stem and the tire when it was mounted

I asked my tire shop to do that and they looked at me like I was crazy.

That's horrific!...I mounted and balanced my own (FFR Rims and Cooper Cobra's)....I don't think I had any wheel require more than 3 stick on weights. I'm guessing either that rim is bad or the guy running the balancer was still suffering from a weekend binge..;)

That's what I thought, thanks Jeff.

I honestly thought you were joking, but I googled "just in case". I had no idea this was a thing! But then why would I, I've never balanced a tire myself :D

I’ve found that the lower quality the tire, the more weight it takes to balance it. The best tire brand I’ve had, as far as balancing goes, has been Bridgestone.

Who sticks weights on top of other weights? Like they got a high school kid with no training and just said go.

I bet it just fell off and repositioned itself during transport. Some of the weights on my wheels were loose when they came, probably had some rough sea across the pond.
One issue I have is with the wheel vs tire sizes in the stock offering from FFR. The rear tires has a normal nice curve from the rim, but the front ones slope inwards pretty much straight from the lip of the rim. It looks like how the rice crowd likes it. Going to swap the 9 inch rim for 8, will look much better.

Or use a 255/40-17 tire which is a much better fit on the 9” rim than a 245/45.

I had to explain what the marks on the tire were to the MANAGER of my tire store. He didn't believe me until he looked it up.

I would, except the rim is to wide for Norwegian regulations. Nothing allowed outside of the fender from 30 degrees ahead of to 50 degrees past vertical. So I'll have to source a couple of 8 inch rims that are similar in look with a bit more ET.

Years ago I worked for a company that worked with tire manufacturers that sold to OE vehicle manufacturers, and the range of retail tire outlets from dealerships to big box stores. The tires that met the tightest specification range for weight and balance would go to the OE manufacturers. The tires that met a slightly larger specification range went to tier 1 retail outlets such as auto dealerships. The tires that met the widest tolerance range went to the big box national chains. What this taught me was when it comes to tires, you get what you pay for both in brand and source. "round, black, and rubber" stopped becoming my primary concern in tires.
