I was just informed this morning Friday Feb 12 that my front spindles will not be delivered until mid to late April. I was wondering does anyone know of any other spindle that works on these trucks? This is really slowing down my assembly.

In exactly the same situation with my truck build. I have no idea if donor Mustang spindles would fit. But I wouldn't do it. The purpose made Factory Five spindles are much superior. Unless you're a really fast builder, there are a whole bunch of things you can do without the front spindles. Basically everything but put it on the ground.

Patience is something you need when taking on a project like this. EVERY project I've ever done has resulted in significant delays waiting on parts or materials and after more than a half-century of building cars it still tends to irritate me. I find that a few adult beverages helps. I'm waiting on parts for my latest build. It's a constant switching gears and go on to something else while you wait for that set of widgets you really want to install.

Just keep the momentum going and you'll eventually reach the finish line. Trust me, once your build is done you'll forget about all the delays. But if you just can't wait and start substituting inferior parts you'll never forget the disappointment until you replace them. Remember that old saw: you never have time to do it right, but always seem to have time to do it over.
