For those that have and those that haven't the following article offers guidance on Dyno Tuning. Found in Classic Motorsports Magazine.
It's a good read.

Now a few comments from a dyno "junkie":
Mustang Dynos read lower than DynoJets, usually by 4-8%. It's in the different methods of measuring torque.
The individual calibration of each dyno will provide various readings. Yup, there are standards, doesn't mean the shop runs proper calibrations.
Chassis dynos will read 10-20% lower than an engine dyno. YMMV
Engine builders may exaggerate their values.
The auto manufacturers are getting better at their measurements and marketing.
I've seen measurements that were beyond our wildest expectations but more often numbers that were way lower than the car owner's expectations.
Rather than compare your results to another car, on another dyno, on a different day, use the results to explore the gains you make.
A good dyno technician / tuner can make your day.
