Rectangular rear lights - any options to replace the FFR ones?

so .. I was test fitting lights to my body tonight and had the four rear lights unpacked from the boxes .. and then discovered I have the rectangular rear light setup on the body. I went and checked my order list, and there was a big note from me saying I had 4 of the round lights but missing the two rectangular ones. I must have missed that damn note when I put in the missing parts list last year.

So, before I asked FFR to source 2 x 15712's, are there any 3rd party options I can purchase (that are not **********s)?

Thats the exact brand and model that comes in the kit, or at least that came in mine

I have three questions:

Would these fit on the mounting pad on the MK4 kit I purchased in 2018?

What is the spacing between the screws on the United Pacific lights? I’m guessing switching to these will mean two more holes in the body.
