Spray on. Glue on. Roll on. Or D none of the above

Garyc - welcome! Threre's a lot of history on this forum, and a lot of searching you can do to pick up background information on just about any subject you can think of. You can take your title (noise heat insulation) and combine it with site information to do a Google search on just this site. It looks like this:

Plug that into Google and you'll get about 10 threads on that topic just on the first page. If you have a more specific question after that, by all means chime in.
I used this stuff along with quite a few other builders... it takes 6 rolls to do the entire car (firewall, cockpit, trunk). It adheres good, have not had enough drive time to actually give honest review how well it blocks heat. Also helps take out the "hollow" echo sound that the aluminum panels have with nothing on them.
