Has anyone been in direct contact with FFR lately? I have sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail and haven't heard back from anyone at Factory Five.

You’ve probable been unlucky because in my case replies have allways been fast and acurate.

Almost the exact same thing for me. All the COVID stuff is affecting businesses in all kinds of strange ways. I'll sit tight seeing this thread and watch for things to ease up.
