Marked, trim and cut front hood, installed hardware (latches and pins) and opened and closed hood numerous times making adjustments and sanding each time....

Removed trimmed hood from car and removed all hardware.
Continued block sanding and smoother work getting the hood closer for upcoming coats of High Build Primer....

Finished block sanding and body smoother work on body.
Blown off, washed and wiped down before being brought into Paint Booth for masking and getting ready for High Build Primer next....

More masking, almost ready for First Coats of High Build Primer....

The body was washed, wiped and final masking before it received several coats of Slick Sand High Build Primer.....142348142349142350142351142352142353
After applying the Slick Sand product and guide coat, block sanding continued at 240 Grit, then 320 Grit.
The next step was washing, wiping, re masking and applied 4 more coats of High Build Grey Primer......

Block sanded the complete body 400 Grit first, then 600 final grit paper.
With the body wiped down again, final coats of a special Sealer tinted Graphite Grey as an important Base Coat to the body before the Custom Blue Metallic Pearl Base Paint will be applied....
