My lower radiator hose is up against my swaybar. Will that lead to rubbing and a future hose failure?

move the hose, simple fix
You definitely don't what the hose rubbing anything. It WILL wear through, and will do so fairly quickly.

Mine did that. There wasn't a way to move it to reliably keep it off the bar. I cut a piece of spare hose about 3 inches and long slit it down one side. I slipped it over the hose so the bar would rub on it and held it there w/ a couple of wire ties. Been there for years.

I may be looking at it wrong but, cutting an inch off the radiator end of the hose might pull it away from the sway bar.
