Just a BUMP - on the LED tail lights
those LED tail lights fit right over the holes for the dual tail lights!
No extra cutting. Just use a what they call a fender washer on the studs and they will bolt right in!
Then add a trailer LED wiring converter, a LED flasher, and you have LED tail lights.

and I get no compensation for this post :) just passing on what I found works. And gave me the option to switch back to the dual round tail lights if I wanted. AND with a 3D printer you can create a plate that slips between the body and the light to get the contour to match.
