Getting ready to install my SBC and 7r400 into my 33 hot rod. Trying to figure out the how all the pieces in the mounting kit go together. Can any one tell me if this looks right? Seems like too many connections. I assume I'll have to play with the spacers after I get it close.

Doing a Truck with an LS3 and 4L65E automatic trans. Not exactly like yours. But Factory Five did provide the same parts for me and have it mocked up in the chassis. Agree the instructions don't give much help. If your picture is from the front (e.g. looking toward the rear of the drivetrain) that's close to how mine is put together. I do have the bottom frame bracket turned 180 degrees, with the flange on the front. The mounting holes lined up better on the frame. But it's made to go either way. The rest is the same on mine. Hope that helps.
