I'm installing my rear brakes and wondering if anyone has had a similar issue. I have the Moser rear end the 11.65 upgrade. I've bolted on the caliper brackets and noticed the leading edge of the outside of the caliper hits the rotor. In the kit there are four 1/2 shims. If I use a shim at each bolt mount i still seem to be too close to the rotor. I'm looking at doubling the shims to get centered. Anyone delt with this issue.526705268

I had to shim mine as well. For fine tuning I found some very thin shims at Home Depot of all places. They seem to be about 1/32" thick. They made fine tuning the rear caliper placement on the rotor a snap.

That was what I planned. I've done it before on other cars with no probs. Thanks Paul, I'll get some tommorrow. What a great forum we have.

You guys are not alone, I had the same issue and addressed it the same way. Just thought I would confirm it is not a unique situation.
