I just got an email from a customer telling me that my website is down. Everything looks good on my end, but seems I've ran into that before. Can anyone verify if you can still access my website or not?

It worked for me earlier, but not now. I get the following error:

Error establishing a database connection

Looks like it's likely a software issue as I get a good ping return from 204.44.192.20 assuming that's the correct IP address - registered to QuadraNet in Canada.

Interesting....apparently it was down for a while yesterday, then back up when I checked it last night, then back down this morning. Contacted the hosting support and they found the problem and fixed it....apparently? It appears to be back up now.....
