Lime-gold??? I have seen another pic of this Cobra but sorry no colour was referenced.

Based on the license plate (COB 289), it may be that the car was a non-Shelby..... i.e., one of the cars built by AC Cars Ltd and sold outside of the US, as those came with COB prefixes, not CSX. If that's the case, the color could be a version of the generic "British Racing Green" used by each of the various British car manufacturers. There was no one shade of BRG, but rather each company had their own interpretation.

Here are some pics of the A-98 coupe, which was AC Cars' internal version of the Daytona, in a similar shade, making me think that the Cobra color in the original post is a similar shade. Sorry that this doesn't get you a color name or code, but may help in your research.
