I'm sure Paul Walker had a lot of cars, but I've never heard of this thing or any continuation CSX1000 numbers. The description(s) seem to be shying away from the term "continuation series."
I can't seem to figure out who really made it. Allegedly, it has an aluminum body made by AC.
How much might it go for?
I have no idea what the car is worth, but would imagine it would easily be in the $200-400k range. As for the CSX1000 cars, here is a quote I found here: https://www.classicdriver.com/en/car/shelby/cobra/1965/770625
Conceived by Carroll Shelby around the dawn of the new millennium, the CSX 1000 series was intended to offer the highest quality continuation Cobra available—and rather than the bulk of Cobras on the market, which were built and offered by licensed third party manufacturers, each 1000 series car would be finished in-house at Shelby’s Las Vegas facility.

Matching #'s engine ? how can a continuation car have a matching numbers engine ?
Well, according to the last suit, the Federal Trademark Court ruled that ANY Cobra bodied car manufactured after, I believe 1968, is, by law, a replica regardless of who built it or what factory it came from.

The only thing I can think of as far as "matching numbers engine" is the block is from 1965. Maybe a bunch of blocks were hand-picked for the 1000 series.
I don't know enough about engine blocks to know if a 427 FE can be from 1965.

Don't over think the matching numbers thing. I think it's as simple as ... the car has the same engine that was installed in it when it was built.

Is it just me, or does the ride height look really high on that car?

Many of the originals were like that, as well as the rear wheels being WAY inside the body.
