Front frame repair measurement

I am welding new front bumper/radiator supports onto my frame after a fender bender. Just need the measurement between the bumper mount plates so I can line these up properly, if someone can please take a measurement between the inside edges of the bumper mount plates. I have new bumper mounts and the 3/4 tubes, tacked together and cut at the proper angles from FFR. The lower legs look like they stay parallel to the 4" frame tubes

I don't know the inside edge but the outside edge 2 edge is 31.5...da Bat
