Nose inclination

Hi all,

Installing the nose I was surprised to see how little inclination I got when opening it.
Seems like I will have to cut trough the bottom front of the nose to clear the bottom lip to be able to get more angle up.
The first thing the nose bottom hits is the A/C fitting coming out of the evaportor in front of the radiator.
Am I right? Or did I forgot something along the way? :confused:

Yes you need to cut that back so you can open the hood all the way.

Yes you will have to trim the nose section to get the Rad and AC to clear, when the hood is opened all the way. Check with EdwardB build post. He documented what he had to do. For me I have trimmed a bit of the nose to clear the bracket and sides of the radiator supports. I still will need to cut more when i get the Rad and AC condenser in. Doug
