Hi all, I am planning an upgrade to wilwood rear brakes on a Mk4 IRS. I assume the wilwood brake package is 140-15138. What is the ebrake cable I need to use (as I am using a custom one right now, so not the standard FFR one). Would the wilwood universal one 330-9371 do? or do I need to grab a new one directly from FFR?
thanks!
Michael

The ones from FFR is a Fox Mustang rear cable I believe. I can help with Wilwood upgrades if you need.

You have the right part number for the 2015 irs. What e brake handle/location do you have now?

selling this exact setup... https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?37997-NEW-MKIV-wilwood-MC-4-parking-brake-calipers-cables-pulleys-and-brake-handle-250
make me an offer, they're just sitting in the garage ;)
includes the parking brake calipers, parking brake handle, boot, cables and the commonly used pulley setup to remove any binding/rubbing against the frame

If you're going with Wilwood, you may also want to consider the Wilwood electric E-brake option.

We are doing the EPB option with that kit now.

thanks all, looks like I got all my answers. As I am using the standard FFR e-brake, with a customized Lokar cable clevis, I can still use that with the wilwood universal one. While I would love to go electric, I have to pull the invest more into this pin somewhere, and good ole manual is fine for me since I rarely use it :-) Thanks again for the advice.
