Brace yourself... you're going to get a line-up of people telling you the 4 link isn't the right set-up no matter what for that much power and Autocross. Just sayin.

Highest hole for handling, lowest hole for straight line launch.
Where is Dillsboro (Bloomington here)?

Very true but a lot start out with the 4 link, I did and did quite well with it. Don't panic about using the 4 link if you get to enjoy pushing the car hard you will soon realize the shortcomings and either adapt or look into upgrading.

Yea, probably my reply was a little too negative, and if so I apologize. I just see multiple responses, some questioning why Factory Five even offers it, it's a safety hazard, will spin off the road for no apparent reason, etc. When I bought my 4-link roller two years ago, I didn't know the difference. I've spent two years worrying that I made a big mistake. Now that I've been on the road for nearly one month, I have to say I'm very surprised and pleased with how it rides and handles. Mine has upgraded control arms, Koni coil-overs, etc., so it's not a basic donor setup and maybe that helps. But for how I plan to drive mine, I couldn't be happier. I will stay within its limits.
So back to the thread question (sorry for the brief hijack...) Jeff (as always) has it right: Highest hole for handling, lowest hole for straight line launch. The one variable I will add is pinion angle. The hole you use for the upper control arm will affect the pinion angle some. So you could get into a situation where the best location for handling/launch isn't the best for pinion angle. In this case, options include transmission spacers (depending on your setup) and aftermarket adjustable length upper control arms. I was able to get my setup where I'm happy with it, and the pinion angle works out, using the FFR upper control arms. But, like I said, I won't be pushing it to the limit. One final comment. If you do have to change the location of the upper control arm, you may or may not be able to get the bolt out. Once the cockpit aluminum is in place, the bolt can be trapped. I was able to just wiggle mine out. But I've heard of some guys who had to cut the panels and make a small service opening. Good luck!

Depends on which way you install the bolt. If you put the nut of the end against the aluminum then you can still remove the bolt if you need to.
One other thing I would start with the high traction mounting locations for the control arms and if you don't get axle tramp under heavy braking then just leave them that way. Most of these cars can use as much straight line traction as they can get LOL.

Thanks for the info.. Dillsboro is in the south eastern side of the state close to Cincinnati...
