Dragging Wilwood Brake

My right front wilwood brake is dragging slightly in colder weather, i.e. below about 45F. Not enough to make it pull but enough that I notice it in the garage and that rotor is noticeably warmer than the others.

Any Ideas?

If you crack the line loose on that caliper does it free up.
