Would this make a cool looking Go-Kart (Possibly Street Legal) or not?

My stupid idea is to take a Side-Saddle Sitting Buick V6 or Northstar V8 and transplant it in the middle of a custom frame in a car that looks like this.
I know sourcing the body for this car is seems impossible; however, I'm storing the molds for my pal Phil and said I can use them.
