Huntington Beach 2021. Any updates?

I know as a country we are still fighting this Covid-19 thing but is there ay general plans for the 25th Anniversary FFR event at Huntington Beach? Maybe waiting until the vaccine comes out in mid 2021 until plans are made?

Haven't heard or seen anything official either but I'm hearing that music festivals (Coachella) and other events in April are being cancelled so I doubt HB will happen...

Have not heard a thing. Thinking 2021 will be a bust until some sort of normal comes around.

Hi Everyone -

First of all, I apologize for not giving all of you an update on our Huntington Beach event that was re-rescheduled to April 24, 2021 due to COVID19. I have been in touch with my contact at the City of HB and two weeks ago he got back to me to let me know that the City of HB still is NOT open for an event like ours in April. So, that means I'm looking for another date far enough in the future of 2021 where there won't be the ghost of COVID anywhere.

I'm currently waiting for my contact in the City of HB to verify if the date we've picked in November is a sure thing but as soon as I hear from him, I'll make sure to put another post up here.

In addition, if you currently have a reservation at The ShoreBreak Hotel, once I've confirmed our new date, I'll contact them and they will move your reservation to the new spot.
