818C or GTM Wanted 30-50K

I'm located in the Milwaukee area, Wi, and I know my price range is on the higher end for an 818c (must be a C please), and low end for a GTM. Regardless, the car must be in good mechanical order and "done right." I will inspect any possibilities closely, so no projects please.

I got my 818C! Thanks for those of you who contacted me! It's in "go cart" stage so not finished, but the price was right and hard stuff is already done.
