Breeze QA1 shock question

I am installing the Breeze QA1 shocks that I bought used. Some of the mounting hardware did not come with the shocks - specifically the seals-it heim end seal. Looks like one end would fit perfectly but the other is inset into the shock so would not fir cleanly. For those who have used these shocks, did you install the heim end seals on both top and bottom of shock?
