View Full Version : Truck Brake Line Routing

Here are a few pictures of how I routed the brake lines last month. I was able to use all the FFR lines with the exception of the 8" line for the left front. That one was a little short so I picked up a 12" at the autoparts store. Other than that most of the lengths worked out ok. If interested, I put several more pictures in a 35 Truck Brake Line public album.

Wonderful info everyone. I think I will paint the included lines black, try my skills at bending the steel tubes, if I feel like it is going downhill il get the NiCop....
Forum is awesome for the info and knowledge. Gives a lot of confidence that help is nearby.

measure 7654 times, bend once!!
You may find that pre-routing/bending using a steel wire helps...
