Body Question, is this correct ?

Hey all,

Started into the body prep (yeah !). First time I look ad the body up close in a while.

I noticed the pre-cut slots for the windshield are not centered; the DS is right on the parting line seam that runs along the top of the fender where as the PS side is about 2 inched in toward the center of the car.

I have not had a chance to put the body on this frame to see if it lines up.

Is this correct ??

Yes. The mold parting lines are not symmetrical---just like everything else on the body ;)

I'll say on the body....

I have not paid much attention to the body until now. All the cut outs need to be cleaned up and even'd out (of course you knew that :)).

Yep FFR gets them close but all are undersized so they can be brought to a good match for you specific set up. Roll bars and windshields are fairly standard but think about all the different engine and header combinations.
