Does anyone make one? I ordered the new FFR CF dash, would be nice to have the tunnel cover match.

I found some cf pattern Marine/boat vinyl that I plan to use as a covering. Do a google search. Should be easy to find. I figure worst that could happen is I don’t like it and I go with plan B (whatever plan b is).

I have a carbon fiber dash (non-FFR) and it gets plenty warm in the sunlight. It has automotive clearcoat on it, but the temp still climbs when I park the car. With a large, flat surface laying in the sun, you may cook your forearms once in a while. Sounds like a cool idea, but I wanted to throw that detail out there.

I made my own CF tunnel cover. It was quite easy. I am doing the same thing this winter on the Spyder.

Troy,
I would love to see if you have pictures. Any recommendations on approach would be appreciated too.
Thanks!

Bought the sheets from Dragonplate. Keep in mind this was 14 years ago as this is a Mk III built in 2006. I did purchase some recent CF sheets and some 1' x 1" CF angle for the Spyder and will be doing some upgrades this Winter.

Did you have a big heat problem Troy? I didn't think about the heat as a potential problem.

Joe, I have no heat issues at all. I also don't have any issues with glare either. I am going to change out the steel angle trim pieces with the CF ones only because the steel one have too sharp of an edge. My knee rests on the tunnel ( I put a piece of foam for my knee rest on for now.)
On a side note I have stayed in Idaho Falls many times on my treks down South.
