Hello All:

I thought I saw it posted that you should cut the dash aluminum 2 inches on ps. Is that correct or am I loosing it? I have the standard roadster pre cut FFR dash. Thanks.

Correct; 1 1/2” to 2” off of the passenger side end.

Jeff, will I need to do the same with the carbon fiber dash or is this an issue with the aluminum? Thanks!

I suspect that the carbon fiber dash will be just like the plastic padded dash and won't need any modification.

On my carbon fiber dash I just notched it out. Did want to remove too much. Did a little at a time. Hopefully pic will help.

New question. I have the standard precut aluminum dash and standard auto meter gauges. There are some small drill holes around the gauge holes and a couple at other places on the dash. Are those for making the holes larger for other gauges and adding switches or another reason. I am not sure what they are for. Thanks

Maybe it's too early or cold in Florida today, but the FFR Carbon Fiber dash instructions seem backward to me on the steering shaft. The instructions show that the cut-out is for MK 1/2 on the right and 3/4 on the left, but the template is the opposite? Anyone else note this?
