Wow is right!! I've been eyeing the Roush supercharged 5.0L RSC for a future project. That thing is rated at 600HP. If this thing comes in anywhere near 760HP in crate engine form, that's a monster of an engine.

Wow. Wonder what that will cost?

My guess is at least $30k and more likely high 30’s. So first guess is $35-40k based on what I have read about the Raptor getting it.

Seems like we have a winner for the F9 power plant here.

Either that engine from Team Shelby or this one from Mercury Racing would surely be cool enough for the F9.

The Mercury Motor is LS-based so most Ford Fans would frown on it but either would be a good choice for the F9.
