Im installing a line locker shortly and was wondering what people have done to mount the push button? Its attached to one of those coiled wires for movement purposes.

I was considering this https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-890156but dont think it will fit the moto lita steering wheel which i believe the hot rod has. Also, not sure how annoying that coiled choreld would be.

Also could go on my shifter but i have a skull that i had custom made that makes that option difficult. A switch is also possible but i like the thought of a push button better so it turns off when you release pressure.

Any ideas? Im not feeling too creative or extremely motivated to do something really complex. Too kit car broke right now to buy a new steering wheel either just for this.

I mounted mine on the shift handle, a momentary contact push button. I had my trans brake button mounted on the steering wheel but never liked it there and now it's mounted high on the center console where it can't be bumped by accident. I've seen many different ways that the line lock and trans brake buttons have been mounted but if you are using it to do burn outs or as a roll control you will want it easy to reach when you are belted in the seat.
