Greetings,

Getting ready to pull the trigger on the Carcover Weathershied HP Cobra cover but before I do, I'm wondering if there is enough material at the front and back to slip over my front and back bumper hoops and overriders.

I know these covers are meant to fit snug, and the picture on the website depicts a partially covered cobra with only quickjacks - I couldn't tell if there was enough material to cover bumpers as well. There are no measurements listed on the website.

I've asked this question to Carcoverworld and am waiting for a response, but maybe those of you who have this brand of cover can chime in.

Much obliged!

I just got mine recently and it's on the car for storage. I think there will be plenty of space. Mine isn't a super tight fit by any stretch but also wouldn't consider it baggy.

Fits over the bumpers and overriders just fine. No worries. Excellent car cover.

100% fits over my bumpers and overiders (as well as dual rollbars) just fine. It's a decent fit all around and has never failed to keep it perfectly dry inside during overnight west coast rain.

Thanks everyone. I bought the cover, storage bag, and locking cable.

I’m ready to buy this as well, but I have the fender mounted side mirror. Assuming it won’t accommodate the mirror does anyone think I could modify the cover with a mirror pocket, either professionally done or at home?

I would assume that my soft top will work with the dual roll bar model.

I have one of their covers and it fits nicely without the top on my car. With the top, is doesn't fully come down the sides. Other than that. plenty of room/material for bumpers, mirrors, etc. It's not a skin-tight cover.

Okay, thanks. I thought it was tighter fitting than that. No worries then.
