Has anyone put together a cross ref of those parts which are servicable and regular replacement items, what comes to mind first are the brake rotors and pad. second would be the shocks. etc.

That's what I was wondering also, such as brake rotors and brake pads. Replacement radiator, etc.

Almost everyone one of these are unique in how they are built and what parts are used. You're the builder, be responsible for knowing what you use on your car. What I have on my car doesn't have anything to do what you use on yours.

here are a couple I had written down from reading posts the last year or so . . . .
fuel tank filler gasket -- Ford OEM part# F4ZZ-9072-DA -- make sure its a genuine ford part $20ish
clutch cable -- Ford Performance part # M-7553-C302 -- $25-30ish
ignition coil -- I just heard MSD is a POS, no part # but a recommended spare

Perhaps my post wasnt exactly specific. Since i put "complete" in the heading i thought the "complete kit" parts as supplied by factory five would be obvious, maybe not.
Thats all i am asking for. Of course i would know the parts that i supply.

I can identify with the sentiments. I bought the FF5 coyote3 with my complete kit. My oil filter was dented when the engine cart casters failed. Tried two different Ford dealers to replace and stumped them both. Turns out its a filter for a GM product. Would have saved me a bunch of time if FF5 would publish such info.

the clutch cable and fuel filler gasket I mentioned above are apparently the "Good " versions to replace the "cheap" stuff sent with the kit . . . I think there were some issues with ball joints and bushings mentioned in some threads so maybe somebody will chime in on that also

There are numerous parts that need replacing before installation.
A couple I have seen mentioned are the headlight switch and clutch/brake light switch.
Personally, I had to change out the quick connect fuel line to fuel rail connector in the Coyote Kit from F5.
Later in the game the coolant quick connect filters exhibited the same fault, leaking. I had to replace them also.
Use of the included fuel connector is dangerous.
