Just want to know if these will work:
REAR:
Style: Bullitt Finish: Matte Black
Size: 17x10.5 Centercap Size: Large (2-1/2")
Back Spacing: 6.8" (174mm) Offset: +28mm (1.10")
Bolt Pattern: 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm)
FRONT:
Style: Bullitt Finish: Matte Black
Size: 17x9 Centercap Size: Large (2-1/2")
Back Spacing: 5.94" (151mm) Offset: +24mm (0.94")
Bolt Pattern: 5x4.5" (5x114.3mm)

With a Fox width rear and either Fox, '94-'95 or FFR spindles you should be good to go. They will fit on '96-'04 spindles however those put the front wheels out ~3/8" which some builders don't like because it can lead to the edge of the tire being outside the body. Be aware that Bullitt wheels (as well as FR500s) often have issues with the dust cap fitting when they are used on Fox spindles.

I'm using the Moser rearend and FFR spindles....will it work?

Ditto what Jeff said, as that's the exact wheel specs on our Mk 3, just using the FR500 wheel instead of the Bullitt (already have Bullitts on my daily driver Mustang, so didn't want them on both cars)...

I'm 99% sure the Mk 3.1/4 spindles and complete rear are designed for the "Fox width" setup to run max tire sizes, so you should be fine with what you've got coming. The Mk 3.1 complete kit I helped build had the same parts in the kit and we used the same Nittos I have on the FFR Halibrand replicas and the all fit fine...
