Another video of my drive to Deckers, Colorado on October 10th, 2020. This video is a little less than five minutes (normal speed) along the South Platte River complemented by the late, great John Denver's Rocky Mountain High. This is what living in Colorado is all about.

We spent 10 days in Crested Butte about two weeks ago. I don't think I've ever seen changing leaves like that.(Unfortunately no coupe this trip).

Nice. Hopefully a few more weeks of that for you before the cobra has to hibernate for winter.

Looks like the South Platte. Maybe the North Fork? ;)
Before I had to grow up, get married, have kids and become respectable, I probably fished every inch of both the S Platte and the North Fork. Those were the days.... work just enough to pay the bills then goof off. Wasted so much of my life, the rest of it I spent fishing and goofing off.

Correct you are. It's North Platte River Rd. along the South Platte River. I corrected the first post.

No correction was necessary. I didn’t mean to be the forum police, sorry. Just enjoyed seeing old memories!

No worries. I prefer to be accurate and don't mind correcting my errors.
