So for you guys who built the trucks with no fenders, have you had issues with stone chips? I would think the front tires would occasionally kick up stones, particularly when turning.

Yes I have had some chips nicks. I guess it’s all part of the game with open wheels. I’m going to be installing some clear bra and spots to prevent it.

I have the clear spats from one of the forum vendors on the Cobra and they work great. Think if I drive in gel coat for a while I can see how bad the chips are. I just love the look of these trucks without fenders. I imagine the rain spray is a sight to behold as well :)
