I was pulling my chassis into a trailer with a come along and an old motorcycle tie down strap that was handy. I shouldn't have been so lazy I should have found a stronger strap. The old tie down broke, flinging the end into the radiator and leaving a small hole. Do I need a new radiator, can a shop do a reliable fix or can I? If so what works best? JB Weld?

A pal of mine caught a rock and a local shop was able to patch it.
Not sure if he lost that tube or not, but the folks there fixed it.
JB Weld Won't Work Except In A Pinch!

Depending on the size of the hole, yes a shop can fix it. If it’s really small, there are products that are more a temp fix but sometimes last a long time. My brother-in-law, biker/big rig driver, told me once to use pepper on a leak I had on a Saturn. I was like yeah sure, but tried it nonetheless and it worked.
