Finally getting out of neutral and headed to 1st gear.
There are so many excellent build threads with great explanations and pictures I feel like i don't have much to add. So I thought I might just try to highlight my build with easy and hard things I have run into and maybe some new ways to get the same results.
Delivery went very smooth

UCA arms back link. Coupler I cut off both ends along with same amount on the 2 threaded links. Figured the American Way(more is better)
Crude measure was alittle less than specs.http://i.imgur.com/S5BHcKZl.jpg (https://imgur.com/S5BHcKZ)

On to the mounting
Was a little concernd about having to put another washer in the front gap of the back mounting bracket but I PMed some folks and was told no worries. Lots of clearence issues with mounting tabs

UCA I used the Howe ball joint. Still had to wire brush the powder coat on the inside but went in fairly easy.
Just for insurance put a 10/32 set screw in to keep Howey from spinning out. Picked up the Engery Suspension dust booties for the ball joints. They didnt fit very well so I called Howe and the tech I talked to said their isn't any boots that fit well and most racers dont use them because the unit is sealed. Also note of caution dont put any grease in and if you just feel like doing it 1/2 stroke on the grease gun. Any more and you get into a hyd lock issue and won't be able to remove the gun. LCA ball joints I used blue ones that comes with. The Engery ones werent even close.

Cut off the reluctor ring (some call it a tone ring) no singing from my front end

Front all done. Used Breeze sterring kit. No issues

Center Unit prep drilled the holes and took a 120 flap disc on the grinder and smoothed out the rear cover. Mistake, I put POR-15 clear on it and it yellowed in about 3 days. No UV protection in the POR. So I had the rear cover sand blasted and recovered with K2 catalyzed clear alone with the spindles.

You can mount the center section be yourself. Useed a ratcheted tie down strap and a 2x4 across the top on the frame.

Decided to just tack weld a nut on the rear frame plate and just use threaed rod all the way through to the jacks, bumper, or whatever is used

IRS spindle lug bolts came out fairly east. Got it down to 2 strikes for them to pop out. Installed air impact gun

Have most of the rear IRS assembled and there are 2 big lock bolts left over. I have the 2 on the toe rod coupler and one on the upper arm that connects to the spindle.Am I missing something or just get extras?

The Energy Suspension 5.13102G ball joint dust boots fit the upper ball joints fine. Including for the Howe ball joints like pictured here. Maybe you're expecting them to fit differently? They just fit over the lower part of the ball and are held in place by the spindles. I'd recommend using them over leaving them open.
They're only sold in fours. And you're right. The lower ones don't fit the Factory Five pre-installed boots for the lower ball joints. Fortunately, the set of four aren't expensive.

Thanks Paul
That's the ones I got 5.13102g. The top ones seem to get deformed in the position the height is of the hub. Full down I think. The Howe ball joint are aluminum. I think he made a batch of them for someone that the deal feel through. They are on sale at 50.00 apiece. Maybe a small amount of difference.

Little concerned about those 2 extra eye joint size jam nuts Paul. They came in the bolt packs for the IRS. All I can figure out is 2 on the Toe Adjustment Arm coupler and one on the UCA where it connects to the spindle. That would make a total of 6 with 3 on each side. I have 2 extra.

All the ball joint and tie rod end boots will look a little deformed while the suspension is hanging at full droop. They will look better when completed and the chassis is at ride height with the control arms basically parallel to the ground. I don't have an answer for you on the extra hardware. Your inventory list might help. Just make sure to follow the instructions on the IRS assembly. They're pretty thorough.
