Hi Guys,

I'm planning on fitting and drilling holes in the roll bars today. I want to make them removable after the car is complete, especially the passenger side. Those of you that have already built your car, I need your input. Which direction would you suggest drilling the holes for the bolts for easiest access after the car is built? I'm even considering putting a hole and a plug in the fender well for easier access. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,

Frank

You can drill them any direction you want but front to back works best if the body is on, the outside leg in the wheel well and bolt and nut then also has enough clearance.
The 3rd leg you can go front to back also but a slight angle is best just make sure you have enough clearance on the nut in the back to the aluminum wall.
Hope that helps.
