I am nearing the point of placing the body on the chassis and I have a question as to where the bulb seal goes. I know it goes over the firewall and down the trunk sides however there are 2 places I am not so sure of.
For the horizontal aluminum at the rear of the trunk where the body mounting bolts come through do I use the large bulb seal or the smaller 90 degree seal? (there only seems to be enough of this for the trunk opening)
Do I put any sort of bulb seal over the top of the rear cockpit panel?

Jeff is correct. The 90 degree seal is for the trunk opening only.

Although not called for in the build manual, some do add bulb seal across rear upper cockpit wall. I haven't heard of any issues from doing so, (I didn't bother), but you may not have enough to do it with what comes in the kit. Once the body is on, you also need to add it to the splash shields front and rear, so keep that in mind.
In addition to the firewall itself, I put some bulb seal on that small rivet on, firewall extension aluminum piece, on the right side. I also made another aluminum piece, that basically mirrors that right side one, for the left side. I put bulb seal on that piece as well. (I always wondered why FFR didn't make a piece made for that side?)

On the rear cockpit wall, instead of bulb seal I would recommend just leaving the carpet long and rolling it over the edge into the trunk.
