I'm thinking of using a mid-mount bracket for my passenger side alternator and going with the FE style expansion tank on my 347.
I know it's long shot, but does anyone have one for sale?
I didn't want to spend $425 for a tank.
PM or email me at mburger38 at hotmail dot com
Thank you!

Thanks Ralph. I’ve never used one. I like the Superformance tank.
How about this one for $748 from Nick!!

FYI,
Superformance has or had both black and polished stainless tanks. Nice tanks.
Kirkham Motorsports had a CNC machined tank. This one is exceptional, a friend put one on his 427 SBF.
I have a tank from Olthoff Racing, thinking about switching to a fender mounted tank, just not sure yet.

Thanks Jim!
I don't know if Superformance would sell to a non-Suprformance customer.
The Kirkham tank is a work of art. You pay for that quality and craftsmanship.
Once you have decided if you're selling your tank, could you let me know? I would be interested.
Thanks again!

Mark,
Call Superformance, doesn't hurt to ask. Their tanks are very nice, I had the polished SS piece. There may be other places to get a similar unit, I thought ********** had a similar one.
PM your contact info w/ email. I'll send photos of my tank. It's not pretty, fabbed aluminum, sand blasted and sprayed w/ hi-temp clear. Was perfect for my previous builds.

I think I got mine from ********** years ago, not sure if they still carry it. Maybe was under $400 at the time, can’t remember. Make sure you get one for a 302, I think the 351 version would require a spacer.
