Hey Guys
I am starting to plan a FFR 35 Truck. I have completed a glass 34 Ford and a 55 series 2 truck. Time for my next project. I am looking at the 35 truck and I love the looks of a full fendered unit. I was hoping I could find someone in the Victoria area that has built any FFR. I would like to talk about leg room ,registration and so on. Maybe even sit in one. if there is anyone out there please PM me I would love to talk.

Have a look at the Canadian forum. AC Bill is on the island I believe and he likely knows other FFR customers who are there as well. Leg room is quite different for each kit so looking at a Cobra isn't going to tell you too much about the truck but it will give you a sense of the car structure, kit contents, etc....

As for the registration process, I'm just doing that on my '33. General steps are apply for VIN, get safety inspection, registration, insurance...

I was just creeping the hot rod truck thread to see what some of the finished product looked like...…
I'm in N. Vancouver and completed an 818S about 3 years ago. Happy to help out with what I did and provide info on the importation and registration process.
Sorry, lots of guys here with Cobras etc, but I don't know of any in the Vancouver Island area.

FF33rod - if you haven't got it inspected yet PM me. You don't want to go anywhere. There are a couple guys who do it who know what they are doing and won't make you jump through any unnecessary hoops.
